Incident Record view is working in Native UI but not in Portal

Hi All,
We have a custom portal where I can see the list of incidents but when I am opening an Incident record explicitly it is showing "No elements to Display" bcz the URL contains "view=case". When I remove that view=case it is redirecting to "Default view" and opening the record.
Now the "Case" view is working as expected in Native UI but not in the Portal.
Requesting you to help me with the same.

you are opening incident table right? then does it have case view in it?

is that view available on list or form?
I couldn't find it in my instance.
