Incident Report To Get Ticket Assigned To Specific Group In Night Shift

I need to create a incident Report for this month assigned to specific group in specific hours lets say 10.30 PM to 4.30 AM.

I tried with the attached filter combination on List Type Report for 'incident_metric' table:

Definition Is Assignment Group

Value Is ServiceNow Support

Created Between 1st Apr to 30th Apr

Start Trend 10:30 PM

End Trend   4:30 AM

 But this is not returning any result, please suggest do i need to create new definition.

Hi @Tech_Trekker 

Before that, please check if the metric has any data. Let's check manually by going to the metric and reviewing the results, including the start and end time of the assignment group. If you find results there, we can investigate what’s wrong in the report system. If there are no results in the metric itself, it won’t show up here either.

Hi Atul,

Yes, data is there when I check manually in the table. Sample records I am pasting below. How's the filter should be adjusted to get the data or only way to add additional field to capture time  in incident_metric table.
