Hi All,
I created a mandatory variable with type 'Select Box' and checked on 'Include None' field. This field is only visible on RITM.
I made the variable mandatory through UI Policy.
But it is always displaying the first option not 'None'.
Thanks!

@User205031 : Try Deleting the Browser Cache by following the given steps :
- In the browser, enter the following URL:https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/cache.do
- Replace <instance_name> with your ServiceNow instance name.

Hello @User205031
It should not happen as when none is selected in variable. Just curious if you want to make mandate is their condition something rather than making it direct mandatory over variable. Or is there some script place which populates value of the select variable.
You can try to close browser and reopen same again. Try to clear cache it can one of reason where this issue is seen.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards

Try to logout and login again
Is this happening for all the users all the time?
Any script is setting the value on RITM form?
Are you sure no user selected that value and saved that RITM?
