Inconsistency between ServicePortal and Internal UI - Servicenow

Hi All,

 

I am having one of the requirements, at Service Portal we are having user Searching option So whenever we search any user we can see other details like User email id and contact no. however at Internal UI we are not able to see other relevant details like email Id and contact No...... for me it seems like its an Instance issue so i tried to clear the cache memory unfortunately it didnt work. Please provide your valuable inputs.
