I’m experiencing an issue where the avatar of our Virtual Agent in ServiceNow appears differently on the web interface compared to Microsoft Teams. On the web, the avatar shows as the default robot icon, but in Teams, it's displaying a different image.
I’ve checked the settings in Conversational Interfaces > Settings under General > Branding Settings, and I also reviewed the Microsoft Teams integration settings and the manifest files. However, the inconsistency remains.
Could anyone guide me on where exactly I should set or verify the avatar settings to ensure consistency across both platforms? Is there something specific I need to configure within the Azure Bot Service as well?
