Increase the length of the text for a checkbox

How can I increase the length of the text for a checkbox?

I reviewed an article in the community that talked about increasing the length of the dictionary entry, but that didn't do anything unless I am missing something.

Where are you referring to? "Length" was was not available on "Label" related list of the field dictionary record.   Please suggest?

Open the label (sys_documentation) record as described, right click on the label "Label, and choose Configure Dictionary, change the max length in the dictionary record.   You may need to do the same for Plural as well.
