I am currently exploring the AI capabilities within ServiceNow and am looking for guidance on configuring and understanding the following features. Specifically, I am interested in demo videos, configuration steps, and any insights into how these features work:
AIOps LEAP
Alert Analysis
RPA Hub
Web Automation Agent
For the Web Automation Agent, I referred to the Now Assist AI Web Agent demo and followed the second demo video. I also installed the Now Assist AI Web Agent plugin as per the instructions, but unfortunately, it’s not working as expected.
Could someone please clarify how the Web Automation Agent works and provide detailed configuration steps for it? Additionally, if there are any known issues or troubleshooting tips for getting this agent up and running, that would be highly appreciated!
