Install cloud runner for ATF in instance

I am about to install ATF cloud runner for our dev instance what all are the configuration it need also it is showing some note: will it can effect on instance directly?

You can proceed with installing "ATF Test Generator and Cloud Runner" without any issues regarless of that Note.
