Hi,
apart from logging into HI and looking at the graphs and stats, is there any other way to get an instance's availability? For example,
- via a widget or report from itself
- remotely via a Web serviced type query into HI?
thanks
Jason

Currently, HI is the source of information. The instance reports to HI periodically. It is currently not possible to pull this information from anywhere else (i.e. via web services.)

Hi,
I can see the reply on this post is 6 years old. We have a similar requirement to pull out a monthly report on our ServiceNow instance availability.
This data is currently available to view and download as P1 free instance history from the ServiceNow support portal. Knowledge article link below. Is there a way to view/report on this data directly on my instance?
