Instance dev138211.service-now is unavailable

dev138211.service-now is not available, although able to wake the instance, please help.

Hi @vinotsr 

 

If the pdi is unavailable from long time, then consider it dead and there is no way to get it back, release the instance and get a new one.

Hi @vinotsr ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs - hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait - It should come online again/after some time
  2. release your instance and request a fresh installation.
