Instance extension request

I want to extend my Instance as it will expire in 2 days

Hello @pankajaradh,

Just to clarify , are you talking about a Lab instance from a course, or your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)?

• Lab instances (from Now Learning courses) can usually only be extended a limited number of times, not indefinitely. If you’ve already hit the limit or run into issues, you’ll need to open a personal case directly on Now Learning for assistance. In most cases, you can also request a brand-new lab instance for the course.
  
  

• Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) are different. They don’t extend manually ,instead, they stay active as long as you log in regularly. A PDI will typically expire if it’s inactive for 10 days.You can always request a fresh one from the Developer Site.

So it depends on which type of instance you’re trying to extend.

Hi @pankajaradh 

Are you referring to a PDI or a lab instance? A PDI can't be extended if reclaimed back, but a lab instance can only be extended if it's still in an active state.
