Instance is Hibernating, please use the 'wake up' action in the action menu to wake it up

HI TEAM ,

Am not able to open my instance it is showing the instance is in Hibernating , and asking us to use wake up action in the action  action menu to wake it up .I couldn't find that option  yet,  please help me to get it back normal.

To wake up

Login to developer.servicenow.com

then you can see wake open on home page.

Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
