Instance is Not opening

Hii community,

Im trying to  complete micro-certification-welcome to servicenow course

when i trying to complete Task assigned to me my instance is not opening from 1hour and i tried all possibiltes stills instance not opening..

Sometime these instances take time, you can wait or you got an email with instance id and password, open from that link directly, else release this instance and take a new one.

@saikumar2620 If your instance is in hibernation then you need to use Wake up instance button to wake instance from its slumber.

Wake up instance activity may take few minutes.
