Sometime these instances take time, you can wait or you got an email with instance id and password, open from that link directly, else release this instance and take a new one.

@saikumar2620 If your instance is in hibernation then you need to use Wake up instance button to wake instance from its slumber.
Wake up instance activity may take few minutes.
