The Developer Program no longer monitors the community for Personal Developer Instance (PDI)-related issues. To get PDI support, open the Developer Site < https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button.

1. Wait till it comes back. It might or might not come back to normal operation.
2. Release your instance and request a fresh new one.

Several persons on the community have experienced this recently. As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

1. Wait - it should come online again after some time.
2. Release your current instance and request a fresh installation. This is off course last resort based on your current development in your current instance.
