My instance is not loading properly even though it says it is online, when selecting "start building", the instance page loads but not completely, so there is no header, no All menu, along with other feature. The only options are to Open Creator Studio, Open ServiceNow Studio, Open App Engine Studio etc, but when selecting these the webpages do not load, so i am unable to access any applications or make a changes.
I am new to serviceNow developing and am unsure how to fix this, any help is much appreciated

Hi @tolu1400 There are many issues with PDI lately, so I would suggest refreshing the PDI or releasing it and getting a new one. The issue is that PDI didn't load fully, which is causing the problem.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Okay I think have backed up my project using github correctly, so if i release my PDI and get a new one I should still be able to access my work. Hopefully this works. Thanks
