Hi @mgrieve
There is no official support available for PDI. The reason can be data center migration. You can wait for some time, or you can release this instance and get a new one.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that!
Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all cannot do anything for you. As you probably already know, there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new, thousands of similar posts have been made.
Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI
Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly (and without any notice) drop. So always backup your work.
Kind regards,

Hi @mgrieve ,
This happens from time to time to all of us. Please note that there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait - It should come online after some time
- Release your PDI and request a fresh installation. Notice, all work that you haven't backed up will be lost for good - it's NOT possible to restore.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards

Hi @mgrieve
You can wait for sometime if it gets back online or else you can release and request for new instance.

Thanks!
