I am using the default Service Portal (/sp). Then I choose Instance Options but in my Custom Widget (not that one on the screenshot).
Options appear for a moment and then immediately I get redirected to the page xxxxx.service-now.com/sp# which leads to the default portal Home Page. That's why Instance Options are impossible to use when choosing this path. I want to investigate why I am getting redirected.
If I check the Public checkbox on the Widget record, everything works well.
But for security reasons, I can't choose this option as a go-round...Maybe there is some role or option that can be used to prevent this redirection in the custom widgets.
