Instance upgrade in progress - stuck for 20+ hours

I logged into my PDI yesterday and the upgrade process kicked in automatically. Looks like its stuck - the "Instance upgrade in progress" message has been there for over 20 hours! Can someone tell me how I get out of this situation please?

Recommend sending Feedback to ServiceNow. As was posted in Instance Help forum, ServiceNow is no longer monitoring these forum. Feedback icon is located at bottom right hand corner of the Developer page.
The Developer Program no longer monitors the community for Personal Developer Instance (PDI)-related issues. To get PDI support, open the Developer Site < https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button.

My instance is stuck in upgrade progress for more than 1 week, not sure how should I get assistance with ServiceNow. Now I have a instance inactivity warning. I'm worried if my instance will be reclaimed. I'm not sure what to do as My instance will not be backed up too. Any help?

Hi, Even it is Upgrading, If you have the Instance URL, Id and Password you can login to instance directly using Instance URL, It worked for me.
