Instance With Link

In the out of box "Service Portal" that gets created when the Service Portal plugin is enabled, the Order Something, Knowledge Base, Get Help and Community widgets are instances of the Icon Link widget.   When I add these to my own portal, the resulting configuration form doesn't contain the "Link Type and Destination" section, critical to the functionality of the widget.   I notice that my instance is in the "Instance" class, while the out of box portal's instances are in the "Instance with Link" class, and this makes all the difference.  

I've been beating my head against the wall for the better part of the day, trying to find how to either change the class of the widget instances I've already added, or simply instantiate a new one within the desired class.   This Service Portal newb could really use some help on this one.

Hello Brett,


You can open the instance record which you have for the widget for which you wanted to modify the class. You can right click on form header and configure the form layout and add Class field to the form. Now select the required class from the options available and save the record. It will now give you the additional section. Please see the below screenshots.1.png2.png
