Integrated Teams with Servicenow. Unable to ask anything in chat and i dont see Portal.

I have integrated team with Servicenow and uploaded manifest file. Also it connected to my instance. But when i ask anything in chat Bot is saying 'Sorry, I didn't get that'. Also when i open Portal tab in Teams its showing '

Security constraints prevent access to requested page'. Please help me

Hi @hareeshapul 

 

  • Look at outbound HTTP logs  in ServiceNow to see if the message payload from Teams is failing authorization or hitting a 401 error.
  • Confirm that your Azure App registration client ID, client secret are correct which you have received
  • Ensure your Virtual Agent topics or NLU models are actively published and set up for the Microsoft Teams channel.
