I feel have a very specific question.
How would I go about integrating Outlook and ServiceNow with Python?
Basically, my organization utilizes outage alerts from Meraki. When a firewall goes down we get an email in our ticket queue, then we have to manually copy and paste an outage alert to the property distro.
I am looking to eliminate this process and try to create a way using python for this to be automated.
How would I go about getting this done? I have little to no Python experience but I am looking to learn for accomplishing this task.
