Has anyone integrated either ServiceNow Agile or JIRA with Continual Improvement Management (CIM)? We want to raise development work (Epics/Features) directly from Continual Improvement Management. We have created a button and form that creates a JIRA Epic at the Initiative level.
We were wondering whether it should be done at the Task level. Do you have any insights in integrating Agile/JIRA with CIM?
