Hi
I have been asked to find out if there is a way to bring in the voicemails our service center currently receives into servicenow automatically into an incident rather than having to go out to a mailbox and manually entering them into an incident.
Currently the company uses Cisco Unity Connection and the platform is limited to only allowing one email address (tied to an actual mailbox) at a time, however for development, testing, and post go-live support we need them to go to our service center mailbox along with our various sub-prod instances and eventually our production instance. I thought at first a distribution list was the way to go, however the limitation of the Cisco Unity Connection Platform only allows email addresses tied to an actual mailbox and not a distribution list.
Has anyone else that uses Cisco Unity Connection been able to work around this road-block? If so what did you have to do?
Thank you in advance.
Nichole
