Integration between Calabrio and ServiceNow- Has anyone set this up?

Has anyone set this up an Integration between Calabrio and ServiceNow?  If so, looking for the use case and workflow.  Was it for ITSM work? Maybe in relation to Service Desk?   For any other workstream?

also following. I was hoping to find an SN Spoke integration but we are probably just going to make it. Going to dig through the calabrio API and also going to try and get it to work with oauth. Our use case is for the service desk, we need to know who is available and pass that data to now assist so it can determine who to assign the tasks to.
