Integration Hub - REST Step plugin

Hi
I am working on a proof of concept for integrating Servicenow with Salesforce. I wish to use the Integration Hub for this but cannot find the plugin it on my  partner instance to allow me to use REST Steps in Integration Hub Actions.
Can you advise what plugin I need please?

Are you able to activate plugin com.glide.hub?

This should activate all plugins. If not,raise a HI request.

ok, to be sure, is com.glide.hub.designer_backend.model also activated?
