INtegration Hub spoke query - Scripted rest?

Hi Team,

I hope we agree that the best practice for Integration Hub is to create one spoke for that 3rd party system and bundle all integration functions inside it. But my question is if we have inbound functions for the same 3rd party, Can we create scripted rest APIs within the same spoke or is it not the best practice and keep it in Global?

If it is a custom scope created by us why would it not allow to create a scripted rest API within the scope? I think i will allow.
