Hey people,
I am using Excel 2010 VBA 7.0 scripts to login to Service Now and download the data dump from it in ".csv" format. The version of IE used is 8 or 9 (depending on the system of implementation). The problem is that the default browser used is Microsoft Internet Explorer pops a file download box before saving the data dump in which the folder in which the file has to be downloaded needs to be specified. For this purpose, my automation of fetching the data dump needs human intervention.
Is there any way, we can directly download the data dump file without the file dialog box popup ?

Crossfuze has developed the Scheduled Data Extract (http://www.servicenowguru.com/integration/exporting-report-ftp/) that will export any table or report to a CSV file on a scheduled basis and save it to a local server or an FTP(S) server. This makes it so that you don't need to have any special scripts, etc to handle this and everything can be controlled from ServiceNow.

Is this company still active? the contact number on the web-site is not valid. Are there any other vendors who can do this type of work / consulting for us?

Along with VMWare, HP StorageWorks for dashboarding and NOC monitoring would be pretty essential for our Ops team.

HI,
I would like to know can we integrate BMC product BBCA with Service-Now in order to populate the data in CMDB.
OOB there is no plug-in / integration available for BBCA with Service-Now.
Please Advise.
