Integration with obsidian security

I am currently in the process of integrating ServiceNow with Obsidian Security. I have diligently followed all the steps outlined in the documentation. However, I have encountered an issue when attempting to connect to Obsidian. Specifically, when I open the Obsidian connection form, I am unable to locate the "Create Connection" button. To provide context, I have already impersonated the "Obsidian Security API Service" user, which possesses the "x_obse_obsidian.admin" and "x_obse_obsidian.configuration_integration" roles. Additionally, I have tried using a separate browser tab within the same instance. Upon further investigation, it appears that the UI page for this integration does not have the necessary button configured. If any one work on it please assist me for this problem

Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi @Sahil Khan1

Can you be more specific on what is the requirement and where is the issue, all I understood is you are unable to locate the "Create Connection" button which is coming from a UI page, but not sure of the background behind it and at which step of integration are you stuck.

Basically I am trying to integrate obsidian security with ServiceNow, I got documentation from obsidian security where they specify steps, I follow all the steps like import some file using that a custom application is created, in this application there is step as connect to obsidian where a button should be appear but button is not there.

Hi @Sahil Khan1

If you received the  documentation from obsidian security, then its better you check with obsidian security support team.

If you need further help where I can try to investigate, you may need to share further details like screenshot of where you are stuck and previous steps followed by you.

Thank you for response ,

I'll check with client and suggest them to schedule call with obsidian support team
