My dev instance is running Kingston, and I already requested the "ServiceNow IntegrationHub Installer" plugin through the developer website. However, I still don't see the plugin or app in my dev instance. Am I missing a step?

You sure can.. like i did.
Steps :
I made a video to create a REST API action which will do a GET operation on a servicenow incident table.I used this action in a test flow to demonstrate how the action functions.

Dear Ben,
If you see following actions in the flow designer that implies that integration hub plugin is installed successfully.

Hello,
I had a similar issue and a quick way I found to find any plugin is to go directly to the table, sys_plugins.list
Then do a search for the integration.
