IntegrationHUB ETL - Inserting device serial number on update

We have done an integration with thin client system with the help of IntegrationHub ETL.

All working well  but every day a new serial number is getting added to the Serial number table. We can see over 100 serial number (Same) under the related tab "serial number".  Any suggestions how we can stop the insert of the serial number if its already there? 

I tried recreating the app and mapped the fields carefully but had no success. We have added the  "Serial Number Lookup 1"  mapped to the serial number, if I turn it off, its not adding the serial number relationship for the new devices.

@priyanshija9338 we didn't, even open an incident with HI support and received no assistance as it was a custom development.
