Hi.

I would like to ask if the integration hub plug in is required for creating a automation of ad user?

I tried to check in my profile but the plug in is display? I'm logginnusing deverloper. Servicenow. Com but isnt there.

My am is to create automation using PowerShell if the user request a new AD user, instead manually creation.

How can I achieve this.

I follow copilot for creation of flow designer but in the middle or last step they asking the integration hub plug in to install.

Need help here. I'm a newbee using the flow designer and creating catalog.

Thanks

ahoy @green0tree2,

i would discourage you from trusting Copilot in pretty much anything and the least about ServiceNow :)) it's better to read the official Docs: IntegrationHub

Also, it's not entirely clear what's your goal... user creation from AD can be achieved by endless of methods. You should describe your preferred one in more details. You can use IntegrationHub's spoke, import set tables and transform map or some other methods...

Hi @green0tree2

Unfortunately, many integration hub plugins are not available in a PDI due to licensing limitations. However, for your requirement, you can implement it in a PDI.

Hi @green0tree2

Integration Hub (or Workflow Studio) plugin is strictly required if you want to use the native PowerShell step or the pre-built Microsoft Active Directory v2 Spoke inside Flow Designer.

In PDI , Integration Hub's feature is not available fully.

Integration hub requires a subscription for production instances but can be activated on non-production and personal developer instances to build and test integrations without a subscription by activating a plug-in.
