Interaction Related lists are not visible in incident form even when selected from slush bucket.

Hi,

I have moved the interaction related lists from slush bucket to selected, in incident form, but the related lists are not visible in incident form. I have checked the scripts too but there is no script written on them. 

My requirement is to show related interaction when incident is created from interaction, but the related lists are not visible.

Kindly, help me in this regard.

It is not visible because there may be no interaction for that incident record.

There is. I am creating incident from "create incident" link in interaction form. Then also the related list is not coming.

Agent workspace or native UI ? if agent workspace then you need to add in 'workspace' view, also check relationship script is present  ? or UI policy or Client script hiding it ? Lastly there is option to associated existing task record try with that as well
