Hi @yoli1

Yes, in ServiceNow dashboards, you can set up interactive filters to follow one another, creating a cascading or chained filter effect.

This means that when you select a value in the first filter, it will dynamically update the options available in the second filter, and so on.

This feature allows you to create more complex and precise filtering scenarios based on user selections

For example, let's say you have a dashboard that shows a list of incidents. You could create two filters: one for the incident status and one for the incident priority. If you set the "Follow element" checkbox for both filters, the incident priority filter would only show the priorities that are relevant to the selected status.

Hi @yoli1 ,

Please look into the product documentation for cascading filter: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/task/create-...
