Interface - GLPI/Service Now

Hello All,

Currently, i have a customer who wants to keep their current CMDB tool (GLPI) and wants to link this tool to Service Now. I didn't found any topics related to this kind of interface.

As i know GLPI can use REST API as Service Now.

My question is : Is it possible to connect both tools and in order to populate Service Now within interface with GLPI?

Hi,

We have the same setup with ServiceNow Helsinki version and Glpi v9.1.

We sync the CMDB via Data Source >> Transform Map >> Import sets (to import data from GLPI to SNOW)

-via the MID, importing all computers, phones, sim cards per users

And then from SNOW to GLPI, we sync down via TALEND (ETL), using tServiceNowInput components

->to sync down the incidents and tasks related to glpi stock
