Invalid username or password in Prod

Hi All,

In Prod instance a user is having trouble logging in. "Invalid username or password" is displayed.I tried to reset the password in dev.Same thing repeats.

Locked out - False

SSO - False

Source - Present

Can anyone help me with this

Is this your personal development instance? If yes please navigate to Developer portal to Manage instance and request a password reset there:

if this is a client instance please contact your System,e Admin to reset your local password or as a last option go to HI portal and request your admin account password reset.

Thanks.But this is a customer production instance.Not PDI.

In that case i please contact your System Admin to reset your local password or as last option go to HI portal and request your admin account password reset. 

Normally you also should have option to Reset your password at the login page but that feature needs to configured first.
