Is it possible to add @mention inside a tiny mce field in Service Portal ?

There is a service portal which has comment section in the UI and this comment section is generated by <

cf-tiny-mce>. Is there a way to enable @mention function like Work notes field in task table to this comment section and it also sends notification to users ?
