Hi @SakshiBagal
This is a separate dashboard, so you can’t include it in the SOW. You can create a similar report and add it via the UI builder. It is quite complex, so it’s better to keep it as is. Also, the On-Call dashboard is designed for a specific purpose — what is your business case for including it in the SOW?
