Is it possible to check Catalog Items and Knowledge Articles' broken links with a Flow?

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to create a Broken Link Checker for Catalog Items and Knowledge Articles; however, I was asked to only do this with a flow and not with more complex solutions, such as UI Scripts, Script Include, etc.

 

Is it possible to do this with a flow? And more or less, how could it be done?
