Hi All,
There is a requirement which needs a generic button to be present on top of SOW (or anywhere within the screen) in such a way that on clicking that button/link/component , a predefined condition should automatically be applied to all the below shown list view records like Requests, Incidents, Problems, Changes etc.
For instance, a predefined filter condition is defined as "priority=critical". On clicking that generic button/link/component, all list records should automatically show all records with critical priority only.
Is this feasible and is there any way to achieve this?
Any suggestion provided will be highly appreciated!
