Is it possible to export an entire service portal with all pages, instances, widgets, etc?

I installed the Explicit Role plugin then created a new Service Portal for external users in our sandbox instance. Being new to working with service portals in general (with minimum development experience), it was quite a challenge and learning experience. After a lot of trail and error, I finally have a functional portal that I would like to move to my dev instance. Unfortunately, I did not capture every update in an update set. I attempted to back-peddle and re-capture all of the elements\components in a new update set as a method for transferring my work to the other instance but my effort was not success. Is there anyway to export an entire service portal?

You would need to export the page + all the child elements including all containers, rows, columns, and widget instances on the page:
