Is it possible to fetch a field from Request Payload(from Transaction table)and add it in the Report

Have a requirement to create a report for an API transaction Log (Transaction Table). 

However there is a field (Vendor ID) which is from a different table in the Request Payload.

I have to add this field in the report.

Is there a possible way to fetch Vendor ID  from Request Payload(from Transaction table) and add it in the Report ?
