Is it possible to make Smart Assessment answers have different weights for the same question?

Is it possible to create a question on a Smart Assessment which has different weights for each possible answer? 
For example, a single question has 3 possible answers:
- Yes
- No
- N/A

Is it possible for "Yes" and "No" to have a weight of 1 while "N/A" has a weight of 0 (making it not impact the scoring at all?)

No ,not possible else the purpose of having weight will be obsolete. 

 

Every choice must have different value.
