Is it possible to retrieve the file from SFTP to servicenow without MID server?

Hello, I wanted to know that whether we can receive a file from SFTP server to ServiceNow.

Basically I am working on Copy file to this Instance command of SFTP step in flow designer and I am confused a bit . The SFTP server which we will be receiving is not associated with any MID server.

@Ashuthosh_s_p - If your SFTP is accessible in internet, you need not to use Mid Server.
