Hello Community,
We're currently developing a scoped application, in which incidents are created in JS code. There is custom data for which there is no equivalent fields in the incident table. However, I noticed there is a 'variables' field for that table and a 'Variables' tab in the incident form. I am, however, unsuccessful in setting its content. On the other hand, maybe its not meant to be used that way.
My question is: Is the 'variables' field in the 'task' table available for JS code to put custom data into ? If so, how should I proceed ?
