Is it possible to show "On Behalf of" or "Requested for" on the Service Catalogs order page?

Here is my Criteria: "As a person ordering something in the Service Catalog, I need to be able to find another user by their ID number"
But I've been trying to find a way to put a "On Behalf of" or "Requested for" on the Self Service / Service Catalog pages for all catalog items.
Is there a OTB way to do it or does it require major scripting?

From the portal or platform? On a catalog item, setting the Portal Settings > Request method to "Request" should allow a customer to set "Requested for" as another user from the portal.

Hi
If you go to the desired sc_cat_item, there is a related list in the bottom called Variables. Add a new one, and for the type, select "Requested For". Adding that should work both in Portal and in ServiceNow.

I need it to be universal. Not go into each catalog item and create a variable individually. I need it for all of them. I need a process that won't take me forever.
