Is it possible to show "On Behalf of" or "Requested for" on the Service Catalogs order page?

Here is my Criteria: "As a person ordering something in the Service Catalog, I need to be able to find another user by their ID number"

But I've been trying to find a way to put a "On Behalf of" or "Requested for" on the Self Service / Service Catalog pages for all catalog items. 

Is there a OTB way to do it or does it require major scripting?

Well I get that, but that is not possible. I would create a script that adds the Requested For variable to existing items, and run that in Background Scripts. Then maybe add a Business Rule that automatically adds the variable, when a new item is created.

You should be able to add it to a Variable set... But it will only work in one way, unless you manage to script it somehow differently with a Business rule or such.
