Is it possible to show the Column header for a reference variable on Service Portal

Hi All, Can anyone please help to achieve to display column header for user table like Title, Department, Email etc on the service portal for reference field. I know via variable attributes we can achieve this in the back office . But I want these column to be displayed in the Service portal. like screenshot I have attached here.
appreciate your help on this.

I have looked around on this and it appears to be a dead-end with no solution or perhaps good recommendation. Anyways just saying for those that spend some of their time trying to find a way.
