Is it possible to Trigger Request workflow based on the ebonding ID.

For Existing catalog Item there is a requirement to create separate workflow if its not submitted through Integration.

Can this be done based on checking the ebonding ID?

Yes, You can put workflow trigger conditions as per the new criteria to trigger new workflow, you may required to add additional condition in old workflow as well
