Is possible put a Line below "All Menu"?

I want to put a line below the main menu. Is it possible to do this? I have this line in Service Portal, but I have a requirement to do this in the next experience framework. I attached 2 photos to contextualize my requirement.

@Dr Atul G- LNGI changed all of these colors, but nothing happened. I found a CSS class named '.polaris-header,' and when I changed this through the browser, I could add a line.
