Is there a plugin for setting up a Service Channel on the 'sc_req_item' or 'sc_task' table?

We're looking to expand the Service Channel functionality on either the 'sc_req_item' or 'sc_task' tables to automatically assign tasks from those tables to the required agent. However, I understand that the Incident Service Channel was created as part of the Advanced Work Assignment for incidents plugin (com.snc.incident.awa). So I wanted to check if anyone knows of any plugins that feature any Service Channels for the 'sc_req_item' or 'sc_task' tables? Or would it need to be the case that any Service Channels for those two tables need to be created and setup manually?
